TERMS & DISCLOSURES
The rules in plain language.
Approval. Every affiliate and payout requires approval. Echad may reject, suspend, or terminate participation.
Eligible orders. Affiliate commission applies to qualifying Standard and Custom orders containing 1–50 cards. Orders of 51 or more require separate review and are not automatically affiliate-eligible.
Commission. Affiliates earn 40% of the qualifying product subtotal only. Shipping and taxes are excluded. Earnings on discounted orders follow the qualifying product subtotal for that order.
Attribution and hold. Attribution lasts 30 days after click. Commission remains pending for 30 days after purchase.
Reversals. Refunded, canceled, charged-back, fraudulent, or self-referred orders earn no commission.
Payouts. Approved commissions are reviewed monthly once the balance reaches the $125 minimum.
Promotion. Spam, deceptive claims, illegal activity, impersonation, and unauthorized paid ads are prohibited.
Disclosure. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Echad wherever law or platform rules require it.
